Can you find the shadow?

I had a few minutes of free time a few days ago, and I decided to go shadow hunting. I found a few nice things, but this branch in particular really struck my fancy. At first glance, it's not so easy to tell which part is real and which is shadow :)

Right?

Of course, as always, click on the photo to get a closer view. And for more cool shadow photography, do check out Hey Harriet. Happy Shadow Shot Sunday, everyone - have a great week!

What a great shadow shot, Toby! I did have to look closely for a minute, and it's such a lovely shot! Love the background of the rock! Hope you're having a great weekend!

This is one of those times when the shadow seems to become one with parent object. Great capture.

Hello there! I love how this photo plays with our senses of sight and curiosity ...

I enlarged it to see more detail... Yes, it was a bit hard to distinguish the shadow from the branch at first look... Thanks, that was a fun SSS post!

Yes took me a while to figure out shadow from object. Truth be known, I'm still not quite sure. That's simply part of the charm & mystery of the photo!
