Shadowy windows

In Jerusalem a few days ago, I came across these nice, shadowy windows. Interesting, right?

The shadows add a wonderful depth to the vertical building. The individual shadows have the look of parallelograms set against the rectangular siding. Nice building, nicer shadows...
