Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! #146

Welcome back to your favorite little meme!
Where were we? Ah yes, in England! Here we are, still walking to the Tube station:

Isn't that so pretty?

We took the Tube to Big Ben, and exited the station. "How will we know how to find Big Ben?" we wondered, and suddenly we heard "bong, bong, bong..." We looked straight up, and there it was! It actually took a bit of walking to get far enough away from it to get a photo:
Nice, right?
Now it's your turn! Please play along with us here at Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! Just post your photo of a window, door, or anything architectural, link here, and sign up in the widget, below. Then go and visit the other players - that's the most fun of all! Thanks for coming, have a wonderful, whimsical week, everyone!

I love the vertical motif of Big Ben - an immense structure where we almost view heaven just to check the time...the other details you saw upon your walk, such as those arches, are classic in every way. Olde world charm indeed!

The upper both looks familiar for me, such buildings find in Germany too.

Shalom Toby! It is great to see Big Ben here on your blog! Love that brick arch and wall too, with the pretty rose sculpture on it.

Looking at these photos makes me remember the cool weather in London. It is so hot here in San Diego today!

Have a wonderful week.
