Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! #91

Welcome back to your favorite little meme!
Here we go once more, with a quick catchup of my recent vacation in the States. We spent a few days in Rochester, New York, and I had the pleasure of attending my first minor league baseball game. What a blast! And as a particular treat, I noticed this iconic building in the distance, right from my seat in the stadium:
I'm not sure what ever happened to Kodak, but I'm glad to see that the lights are still on :)

And for those of you who are Israeli architecture fans, here's your quick fix:
That's just a small piece of our Ben Gurion Airport. Isn't it magnificent?

Now it's your turn! To participate in Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! just post your photo of a window, door, or anything architectural, link here, and sign up in the widget, below. Then go and visit the other players, it's so much fun to see what's going on all over the world! Thanks for stopping by - have a wonderful week, everyone!

So now I know you post these on Mondays? Maybe next week I will participate.

Those window panels are quite familiar, as I was in Ben Gurion airport twice last year. Not exactly for happy reasons (my father died, and by his request wanted to be buried in Israel).

As for Kodak, they couldn't survive digital. Great architecture.

It is a shame that Kodak is now removed from photography - it was Eastman and his Brownie camera that opened up photography for the masses...the massive windows at TLV s are just perfect as they bring the sky to earth - perfect for an airport where the passengers will soon be on large aluminum birds traveling nearly everywhere!

Toby, the Red Wings area having a sensational season. Glad you were able to view their success. Kodak lost the vision of George Eastman.

Sophie thanks!

Leora - I would be totally honored if you wanted to participate in WWDD! See you next week?

Ralph - Truthfully, the spaces in this airport did make me feel kind of like a bird in flight, far before we got near an airplane :)

photodoug - they were fantastic! It really was a lot of fun!

Eva - thank you :)
