Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! #79

Here we are, back again for your favorite little meme!
Here's a little bit more from my Tel Aviv outing last week. What easily made the biggest impression on me were the bicycles - they had their own lanes, ala Amsterdam, and were available to rent all over the place:
The buildings were a fun combination of very old and very new. These photos were all taken on the same street:

But my very favorite were the intimate park benches - how sweet are those?
Awww...
Rock on, Tel Aviv!
Now it's your turn! To participate in Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! just post your photo of a window, door, or anything architectural, link here, and then sign up in the widget, below. Then go and visit the other players - it's so much fun to see what things look like all over the world! Thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful, whimsical week, everyone!

I have never been to Tel Aviv so enjoyed the photos. Interesting about the bicycles having their own lanes as you say I have only seen that in Amsterdam.

Leave it to Tel Aviv to have personal benches!
I'll stick with Jerusalem. :)

What a stylish city - I like that cities like this have such an eclectic feel to them. True there are modern, tall and full of glass towers. However along this street, the buildings are not tall and their different styles suggest the growth of the cities through many eras. I am partial to the outdoor seating - it is intimate yet part of a bustling city - best of both worlds :), Nice city and captures!

Benches & bike paths - old & new - remembering the past while looking forward to the future. Thanks for sharing.

That is an interesting street. And I love the bikes - we have a similar system in Toronto, but it isn't doing too well because the city does not support it and there is so much red tape in getting more bike stations to make it more viable. You may have heard of the bike-hating mayor, Rob Ford?!
