Shadow Shot Sunday 2 - Lucky me!

I got to host!

Here's the photo that I posted,
and here's the top of the stairway. These ones are less cool photos, but the shadows are a bit better :)

Anyway, to see more cool, shadowy photography from all over the world, go check out Shadow Shot Sunday 2, right now! Have a great week, all!

Love how you used this post to extend the perspective of the stairway! Great idea! My favourite is still the "dizzy" one which seems mischievous, enticing you to explore a crazy well!

Now I can see the staircase...thanks for clarifiying it

Happy Shadow Seeking this week!

You extend the perspective of the stairway, indeed! Thank you!

The first shot is definitely the best with the perspective....

I agree with Catherine and like the first one best ... more puzzling !

The first shot reminds me of the work of mc escher!

Very, very nice, Toby. Love the Escher-esque top photo.

For me, that first one gives me a bit of vertigo...just looking at the image.

Wow, it comes to a dead end at the top! I still think the first shot looks like something out of M.C. Escher's drawings. I like it.

Toby,

Thanks for your comments on my blog.
What an interesting blog you have.
Your "scoop" on why you keep this blog and thoughts on the wonder of digital photography are so true.
I am yet again amazed at this thing called the blog world.
To think a housewife in upstate NY would be looking at pictures taken by some "dude" {sorry...I had to throw in an American phrase} in Jerusalem, and exchanging pleasantries makes me shake my head and laugh.
Cheers,
Leah

Leah - I'm so glad you like my blog! But I must confess that I'm a dudette - I'll need to work on making that more obvious... There aren't that many female Tobies out there, but I am one of them! All complaints may be directed to my parents :)
