Welcome back to your favorite little meme!
Happy holidays to all who are celebrating! I'm here to give you your weekly dose of Israeli architecture :)
Here are a few of the windows and doors (plus a surprise cat, roaming down the cobblestone!) that my husband and I found, while walking around the old section of Rosh Pina, about 15 minutes from Tsfat. As always, feel free to click on any of the photos, if you'd like a closer view:
It was really a perfect day, and so many windows and doors, to boot :)
Now it's your turn! Please play along with us here at Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! by posting your photo of a window, door, or anything architectural, linking here, and signing up in the widget, below. Then go and visit the other players - that's the most fun of all!
Here's wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and super-fun New Year!

These are wonderful buildings - I love the stonework and am partial to the top photo with the stone facade and the stained glass. Other nice details are the heavy barn doors and shutters that actually shut. Rosh Pina looks old yet has a style that is classic and not at all replicated these days. Nice!
As for the cat, Israeli felines are as stand-offish as the American ones :)
Happy New Year 2014 and a continued Happy Year 5773!
neat selection - happy new year
Really gorgeous and useful use of our stone! Even the cat looks good.
I can give you a door into Herod's exhibition. Last week before it closes!
Thanks for hosting and sharing. Happy New Year.

Love doors, arches and the kitty ~ when I get my act together will see what photos I have of doors…
