Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! #63

Here we are, back again once more, for the next installment of your favorite meme!
Today, in the Hebrew calendar, we celebrate the beginning of the month of Adar, that happy go lucky month. Adar is the month that hosts the holiday of Purim, where we dress up in funny costumes, read the book of Esther, exchange gifts with friends, and have a festive meal. From today, the first day of Adar and onward, we do goofy things, things that are silly just for the sake of being silly. And everyone starts planning their upcoming Purim costume.
Which is why this store window caught my eye on the way home from work today. This is a store that actually serves as a storeroom for the store next door most of the year. Until this time of year, where it changes into a Purim costume store! I drove by, and noticed that it was already open for business:
And another, closer view - you can kind of make out the various butterfly wings, masks, wigs, and other accessories:

Happy Adar, everyone! Please play along with us here at Whimsical Windows, Delirious Doors! To participate, just post your photo of a window, door, or anything architectural, link here, and sign up in the widget. It's that easy! Then you can check out what everyone else has posted - it's always fun to get a quick tour of different building styles from all over the globe. Have fun! And have a wonderful week!

The window is indeed quite whimsical - a smiling clown will do just that! Purim is a celebration as I understand it, that Haman's evil plans were thwarted by the queen.
Esther was a special woman...Haman a jerk!

I wish you and your family a Happy Purim! I can imagine what fun it would be to put together a whimsical costume. Looks like there is a lot to chose from in that shop.
