Last week, we had the pleasure of attending my daughter's end-of-the-year play. They took a great book, Me'ever Le'Pina (Around the Corner, in English), and adapted it into a fun show, full of color and fun. The main stage featured a lovely set of functional windows and a door, and I couldn't resist grabbing a photo to share with you all:

I like this stage set - it is a minimalist scene which is important since we are here to see the actors honing their craft. The stage itself is merely a prop...it is fun seeing your children playing a role on stage! Yesterday was the last possible day of school (per CT state law) - hope the kids stay busy (and never bored) all summer long!
