Here we are, back for another week of our not-even-so-new-any-more meme! Fifteen weeks is pretty established, actually - we've been at this for more than a quarter of a year! Time does fly when you're having fun, I guess :)
This past week, I had to deal with an unexpected, severe toothache. My dentist was as perplexed as I was, and sent me for a series of interesting x-rays. On my way to the appointment, I was mostly concerned with finding my way and getting there on time. But on my way out, when it was all behind me, I suddenly found myself face to face with these wonderful skylight/windows, which naturally I hadn't noticed earlier. I was quite pleased to be able to make some lemonade out of that day's lemons. Aren't these exquisite?
I hope you're as impressed as I was! Feel free to click on the photo, if you'd like a closer view. And yes, my tooth is feeling much better, thanks for asking :)
And now, what you've all been waiting for - it's your turn! Please join us as we play along in our sweet new meme, Whimsical
Windows, Delirious Doors! All you have to do is post a photo of a
window, door, or anything architectural, link here, and then sign up in
the widget below. And of course, don't forget to go and visit the other
players! It's fun to see the things you'll find, from all over the
globe. Have a great week, everyone - thanks so much for coming by!

Shalom Toby! I'm glad to hear your tooth is better. And yes, what very impressive windows you found! I'm trying to imagine what sort of building that is with such an amazing dome to it.
It almost feels that we are under a tent, opened up to ward off the sun and rain. The glass in the middle lets us see the sky, and while we look up, we can admire the beautiful woodwork on the ceiling. Airy and open, it is expansive but not overbearing. A great find!
What a beautifully composed shot!
Hi, Toby! Sorry to hear about your tooth. Yes, sometimes we find windows in the most unusual places! Have a great week!

This is lovely - and took your mind off your toothache (at least for a moment!)
Yes, that is a totally impressive window. It brings to my mind the windows in London tube stations.
I hope your tooth continues to heal.
I feel there should be a swimming pool under that roof, so that you can do backstroke and watch the clouds! Great shot!
When you are in pain it is difficult to concentrate on what is around you, good to know you are feeling better. Well spotted!
