Sitting at a red light in Jerusalem a few days ago, I suddenly decided that the sky was particularly lovely, and framed in an interesting way by these buildings. I'm so pleased that my camera is always in my bag!

Marvelous framing!
Thanks, Ruti! How did you see that so quickly?
LOL The post, or the effort you put into the shot? :-) My husband has been my photography teacher for 30 years. It's one of the things he taught me. He taught himself photography by studying the work of Ansel Adams.
Thank you for sharing your lovely and inspired work!
Oh, in that case I'm completely honored! I haven't actually studied photography, I just like keeping my camera handy so I can try to document the beautiful things that I seem to find all over the place in our amazing little country :)
I'm really glad that you like this!
Well composed! I agree with Ruti, you've done a good job there. And there is always something beautiful to photograph in the heavens, even if the solid ground where we stand is a bit "bleh"
I like the way you have framed this one, thanks also for your visit and comment on my entry for the signs meme, much appreciated.
Such lovely texture in this sky photo, Toby!
Fantastic cloud capture!
I love the texture of the sky and your framing is perfect, Toby! Terrific capture for the day! Enjoy your weekend!

I love seeing skies with clouds like these! And you are wise, indeed, to keep your camera with you.
Nicely done!
Beautiful skies, and the framing does set them off very nicely :).
