A Ruby Red Pepper for Tuesday

It's Tuesday! That means it's time for Ruby Tuesday 2, that rouge colored weekly meme. And just in time, my daughter noticed that these vegetables that we were getting ready to turn into soup were so picturesque...
That was good soup :)
