More ruby geraniums

What's that line from the Wizard of Oz about not looking further than your own backyard? When I'm hard pressed for reddish photography to show off for Ruby Tuesday, Mary's great meme, I look to the flowering entry to my apartment building. Here's what was waiting there today:

I didn't used to be a big fan of geraniums, to tell the truth. But these flowers are some of the happiest I've ever seen - it's hard not to be drawn to them! Feel free to click on either photo, if you'd like to get a better view.

    I always hated the smell of geraniums, still do but I always like the plant. These are really nice
